I have known Dave, the owner, for about 7 years. He is full of integrity and really does what he says, in terms of helping people doing a Los Angeles Short Sale on their properties. He is very good at communicating with you about exactly what is going on. He doesn't have a hidden agenda. He is very out in the open and tells you straight what is going on, in a nice way.
