The most unethical business. They lie about everything. Prices: They use the current pandemic to drive their prices up. Offices: They tell you they have branch locations in every state. Shipped my van thru this company last month. Price was a little bit higher than I got from others, but they sounded professional to me. After I signed the order form, Karl got me scheduled. At the day of the pick up I received a call from the driver who got to my place later than he told me, but that was ok. I really appreciate the efforts to keep me happy with my car transport. I shipped my Shevy Malibu last month from New York to Boise, Idaho. Karl was helping me. It was delivered in a week after the pick up. I put some just a little staff in the vehicle, but the truck driver didn't want to take it at pick up, because I was allowed to put 100 lbs only and the driver was saying that I put more than 100. We got excellent service from Global. Alex did a great job. We shipped our 2014 Dodge Charger from San Diego, CA to Oklahoma City. It was picked up on Monday and delivered on Thursday. We paid a small deposit after the pick up, then the balance we paid in cash to the truck driver at the delivery. We were told that the deposit was for the insurance. Will recommend. Read More »

When I chose this car company, I was told my car would be picked up bu a specific date,which is why I ultimately agreed to use their services. My customer rep did a pretty good job finding me a carrier. The pricing was not too bad, too. I got a quote two weeks before. Elena was extremely responsive and scheduled another carrier for my 2015 ford fusion transport after I changed pickup date for family emergency.
