DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES PURCHASE A WARRANTY FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchased 3 different couches all with a separate warranty (each warranty $500). This year I tried to make a claim on damage from a cat we were watching for a few days. The company, without looking at the damage denied it saying it was ongoing damage.
