Made the mistake of ordering a roof rack from this company. Spent 2 hours trying to get it on but the holes would not line up with the rack. Boxed it back up and called them to return it. They said I needed to take pictures to PROVE that it didn't fit. I had already purchased and installed another, much better roof rack, from a reputable company and there was not way I was going to uninstall the roof rack to take pictures of their piece of garbage to prove it didn't fit. Ordered mirrors for a Silverado 2500HD . lights don't work. Called customer support several times several days in a row and it went straight to a voicemail box that hasn't been set up. Called sales dept. and left a message with my problem and left a call back number. No call back. Emails are inconvenient for me and it doesn't look like it matters anyway. I ordered a conversion kit for my 1989 Chevy Silverado, Topgear shipped a kit that does fit my application and refuses to address the issue. One reply I received from Topgear said they sent a kit for a car, but with a little work it would fit my truck. Correspondence back-and-forth, and all Topgear did was give me b's answers. Now they won't reply, so I guess I'm stuck with an expensive kit that won't work. A lot of money down the drain. Scammers. Read More »

This website to me seems like a complete scam. I ordered some new tail lights for my Monte and I received an email saying that the tail lights that I ordered were out of stock. They offered a switch for no additional cost and I accepted it. I accepted this request hours before the company's website states the support line closes. This was highly scratchy to me. I purchased the wrong item from Top Gear Autosport's web site. I immediately contacted them but was informed that I'd have to return the item when it was delivered and send it back to the company for a refund minus a 25% restocking fee. So I would get back only $300 for the $400 I paid for the headlights I ordered. Fine, whatever. A bit questionable, but ok. So I sent back the $400 headlights, waited 30 days as their web site says to and e-mailed the company when I hadn't received any refund.... Read More »
