It's like a weight has been lifted off me! As a full time nurse, I was making plenty of money but, I wanted to retire but I couldn't afford to. My mortgage payments add up to too much to pay with only my retirement income. Now I have no mortgage payments at all and I paid off all my other little bills. I am going to retire and travel. I met with Tim Jacobs at the Golden Years Mortgage Solutions office and, once it was explained to me, I decided to get a Fha reverse mortgage.
