DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They need a 0 star rating! They deal out of Home Depot which has been wonderful, however Yotrio is horrible. We purchased the Torquay sofa set. They sent the wrong instructions and hardware with it (poor quality control), so we were unable to assemble it when it arrived. WE called immediately to see if we could get the correct hardware. Upon putting set together discovered it was missing bolts for chair and one bolt the top came right off as well as pieces did not match up right. All I needed was the hand crank and core for a cantilever umbrella and had to spend $205 and wait 5 months. After having it for 6 months the plastic that holds the main umbrella pole has cracked in half making this a dangerously manufactured replacement part with no regard for human safety. I wish I could give them 0 stars! I ordered an outdoor set on March and received it on April. One of the Ottomans missed a leg and the table was defective, the table was imbalanced and couldn't stand on it's own. Purchased patio furniture from Home Depot that was manufactured by this Company. Three of four chairs went together like a charm; however the fourth chair didn’t line up at all. We bought the umbrella at Home Depot and it came without a holding lock, so cannot use it. I bought 2 of these recliners in June 2014. In April 2016, I noticed the metal frame was cracked and rusting out. The company said it only warranties these chairs for one year, so I am out $298 for a 1 1/2 years of use. I bought them through Walmart and they also declined any responsibility. We bought an 11 foot umbrella and love it. After a year, the lights did quit working (the switch went bad), but we seldom use them any way. Now the support broke and I am attempting to get a replacement. Even if we cant find one, I am ultimately happy with the purchase. Most umbrellas this size are 3 times the price and wouldn't last 5 years, so if I only get 3 years out of this one, I will buy another one, I will still be ahead of the game. Read More »

I wish I knew that Yotrio manufactured the pergola I bought before I bought it in May 2013. The Yotrio customer service representatives that I spoke with in order to attempt to get replacement parts made several untrue statements. Never use any products by Yotrio. THEY ARE LIARS AND CHEATS. They are absolute crap. I ordered a Love Seat, Table and two chairs from Kohl's and the Nightmare of 6 months began. UPS trashed the delivery, I received no fasteners with the shipment and when I requested the fasteners I was told to ship the whole package back. Purchased a 11 ft solar offsaet umbrella from Home Depot in Palm Springs in January 2012. Provided care as described in assmbly and care manual. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! We bought an umbrella from this company and the tube ring was broken. I called the Customer Service dept to get a replacement and they told me to send a copy of the receipt, a picture of the broken part, I did and now they said they can't read the receipt. Worst product ever. I bought the patio bistro set, and the cushions held GALLONS of water. They then started shredding and the red dye rubbed off on our clothes. These are specialty sized cushions, so I can't get replacements elsewhere. I've seen a lot of negatives about customer service for this company but thought I'd share my positive experience. I purchased an outdoor table and swivel chair set from Home Depot & we really liked how the table looks and how comfortable the chairs were. This company has no honor, no customer service, no integrity. I've been trying to get parts that were missing with my outdoor umbrella for 4 months now. I went to Home Depot and purchase the 11 foot umbrella with lights. When I first got it home and got it setup We loved how it looked over the table and when it was dark and the lights went on it was great. My wife loved it and we enjoyed it for a good day. Fortunately, unlike others I have only an inexpensive item. Defective patio table. Yotrio Sevice Rep agreed that table was defective and would be replaced. Told that table was backordered. I will never purchase a Yotrio product again. We bought a gazebo two years ago, and had to order replacement parts within six months. That was 18 months ago, we are still waiting. I am in the same boat as these people are in. I got my canopy from Lowe's and it worked fine until a storm hit. No problem. I called them and they sent the replacement parts right away (2 weeks). I just read the reviews for Yotrio and could not agree more! I too ordered and paid for two gazebo canopies as ours was damaged by sun, wind, and finally a hail storm. When I finally got through to customer service, I was told that they were behind schedule and that it would be two weeks before I would receive the canopies. We are in the same situation as all the reviews we have read. The Gazebo was purchased at K-Mart in Kalamazoo, MI for a bunch of money and has been taken down every fall, stored in a dry box in the garage for the winter. This company is horrible. They never answer the phone or any emails. We have a gazebo we purchased two years ago. I am, apparently like most of their customers. 200.00 lighter and left with a product I cannot use.we purchased an Arrow gazebo in april of 2010. Upon opening the box, I discovered why they were able to maintain the 2008 price. Yotrio manufactures outdoor items and is a supplier for Lowe's patio furniture. We bought a patio set from Lowe's in summer of 2009. After a few months the table top made of slate started chipping off in small and large pieces. Whole squares of slate were and still are coming off the table.
