LA Moving was a headache free move from top to bottom. They stood out to me from the other moving companies and people I found on Craigslist. I'm glad I didn't have to search too long to find them. These movers really know their stuff! I was pretty convinced as soon as I saw their prices and decided to give them a ring. Like most people, I found LA Moving on Facebook. And, like most people, I wasn't disappointed a single bit in the service that I got. LA Moving's prices are extremely fair. i really have to say that la moving did a fantastic job on my move. they were careful with all of my belongings. at the end of the move, there wasn't a scratch on anything. i thought the guys were really nice too. kind of quiet, but super cool dudes nonetheless. i payed 59 by the hour to use two guys and a truck. what was really impressive to me about la moving and their rates was the fact that it came with much more than that.. i got packing supplies, transportation, and taxes all covered. i... My girlfriend did all the talking during the booking to be honest, and I just met the guys when they showed up. They definitely seemed to know what they were doing and were moving at a good speed. The moving dudes were very cool and polite. We got them to move furniture into our house exactly the way that we wanted it. First of all, I definitely have to concede that LA Moving was the cheapest option out of many of the companies that I contacted. I had found them on Craigslist as many others do. The price sounded very good, but I wasn't sure what to expect with the movers. In fact, I was prepared for having to fight paying hidden fees and being charged for extra things. I definitely got what I paid for with LA Moving. The quality of service definitely stood out from what I've been used to. Then again, I usually do deal with day laborers. I was happy to see that LA Moving actually ended up delivering what they promised. My piano ran me an extra $75 but they let me know up front about it. LA Moving rocked my move for the second time in 3 months this summer and I’ve gotta say I like what I see! The movers always bring supplies and equipment and handle the more like a bunch of pros! I was pretty tempted to just go cheap and pay for a guy with a pickup truck, which would have cost me half as much, but LA Moving was definitely worth it for what they charge. LA Moving was a very professional and affordable solution for my move. My move was pretty small, just a one bedroom moving locally within Redondo Beach. I picked LA Moving to move my 3 bedroom townhome from Calabasas to a 2 bedroom apartment in Beverly Hills, and I have to say that I was so thrilled with their services. I’m always on the go. It comes with the territory of my promotional work for a very well meaning fashion company. I’m also an intern. Albeit a paid intern, but budgets are always something I need to be watching. Listed below are the complaints I had with this company (we moved in July of 2011 from L.A. to Northern California). The only positive part of this experience was Steve, who was my contact person with LA Moving Inc. He was always very accessible, as well as courteous. I appreciated his kindness but that didn't change the fact that several things were mishandled. Just moved on April 1st with L.A. Moving, Inc. from North Hollywood to Studio City. Moving is stressful enough so I didn't want to have to worry about my movers too. I looked online and saw L.A. Thanks a lot LA Moving for making my move easy and stress free. I had so many stuff to move and most of it was breakable that I worried a lot about the whole process, but these guys really knew how to take care of it. My move from San Francisco to Santa Monica was the best experience I've ever had with moving companies. The movers arrived on the specific time I previously arranged on the phone with Steve. As soon as we had the paperwork ready, the movers started packing my stuff and loading in the truck. Guys worked fast and professionally. We decided to try these guys out since they offered the best price. You definitely get what you pay for and I would not recommend LA Moving at all. We expected a certain amount of damage in this process and were careful not have them move anything that was valuable or cherished. Even still they managed to disappoint. I hired LA Moving Company to help me move from my apartment to the condo I've recently got. I was really pleased with their work. The movers showed up on time and took care of all my things. The movers called me 30 minutes before and said they are running late because of technical problems with a truck. I just moved from Los Angeles, CA to Denver, CO with the help of LA Moving Company. The guys were working in a professional manner, I've never heard them complaining about anything, they put all my things in the truck fast. There was no damage on my china, dishes or vases. I would like to thank guys from LA Moving Company for helping me to make my move easy. Everything was perfect, they showed up on time and moved my belongings so carefully that I didn't have a scratch on anything, nothing was broken or damaged. My move was scheduled for 3pm. Small move, 1bedroom equivalent. At 3pm I called the sales rep STEVE, who said he would find out where the guys are and why they're late and call me back. Never did. These movers were amazing. They were on time and they were working pretty fast still taking care of our belongings so nothing was broken or damaged. They were really good. The movers were punctual, kept their time, packed my stuff very professionally, followed me while I was driving my car nicely and unpacked stuff as well in professional and good manner. Basically they did their job very good with no scratches - they wrapped big stuff with blankets and tape and while unwrapping used the blankets on the floor making sure no scratches on floor as well.
