In these days when customer service is difficult to find, Secure One Capital certainly can show other companies the meaning of customer service. I finally finished refinancing with this company They lied to me from the very first contact to the very last contact. Do not trust anything they say or send. First off the estimated closing was "THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OFF. Then instead of closing in 3-4 weeks it took 3 months. I refinanced back in June 2017 with a decent rate. In January 2018 Bruce Edgell called me advising me that he could get me a lower interest rate, of which I chose to take advantage. I have tried to get a refinance for about a year. My credit is only in the good range so I have turned down several times and since I'm retired I do not have the income I used to have. I about a month ago I was shopping for a refi and contacted Secure One Capital and a couple of other companies to comparison shop. Ryan Marier was assigned to work with me. Outstanding service and helped us all the way through! We just signed our final refinance docs and got an OUTSTANDING interest rate! Mr. Adam Afghani was always quick to answer our questions, reassured me that this would be the best thing for us and after talking with our old mortgage company, they said we weren't qualified. First of all Dillon Forst and his staff made everything simple. I had sub standard credit (two levels below the bsement) and after completing 80% of paperwork it was determined that I did not qualify. Dillon did not forget about me, however, and 4 months later I received a call from Dillon saying a couple guidelines had changed and he thought our loan could now get funded.
