We've been dealing with Elite Merchants and Kevin Jones for about a year. It is so much easier and stress free than dealing with our old processors. Kevin has gone out of his way to help us with all our questions, even those that aren't technically to do with Elite. He's a great guy to work with. Elite Merchant Services has been the best I have ever used. I have used more than five different Merchant Services companies during my career and I have found Elite to be the most cost effective and most customer-service oriented of them all.
