STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. I would have been better off driving the car cross country myself. They are quick to quote you a cheap price and quick to send you a contract. When it comes to actually shipping the vehicle, they have all of the time in the world. Also, don't even trying to get a hold of someone that actually works there. THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES. I have transported vehicles in the past and I wanted to use a new company. I was really happy with Exclusive Auto, I called in for a quote, Phil took all my information and I placed the order. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I entered into a contract to have a car shipped for $485. Carlos called me and said that even though there was a contract, he didn't want to honor the price. I found someone else to ship the car, but it was a little more than $485. Carlos refused to pay the difference. Instead, he said "So what? You are one customer. I have hundreds. If you want to be lied to... If you want sales people to be rude to you... If you want to be strung out waiting with no communication and not get your vehicle picked up or delivered... I just joined the military and had my Ford Excursion transported from Miami Fl to CA L.A AFB I spoke with a coordinator and made all the arrangements for the pick up of my vehicle I had there Lead dispatcher Carlos Valencia call me on a daily bases keeping me up to date on my SUV. We signed contract and my car supposed to be picked up on December 27th (Sunday) 2009 and no one showed up and this business is closed so can’t reach anyone or no one updated me about what is happening. I had my vehicle transported with this company two days ago. They where very professional and kept me up to date on everything. There costumer service is excellent and there coordinators explain every questions you could possibly have about shipping your vehicle. I found this company online. I was told to fax the signed contract. The date was Dec 26 to pick up the car. The rep said that the driver will called me. DEc 26 and 27 came and gone. No driver call. Then the next week, I have called the rep. She told me that the drivers were just coming back to the area because there was a snow storm in the Northeast. Then I told her that I am flying off. I reached out to Exclusive Auto Logistics for transportation needs during my relocation. The company representative was very nice and pleasant. I must say that the company lack communication skills.
