This place is great!!! I went to their Canoga Park location on Topanga and Roscoe Blvd. It is always very clean inside, ad they offer free soda, water bottles, and coffee!!! I went to West Coast Gold Buyers in Ventura at 1945 S. Victoria Ave. The staff, Elizabeth, Haydee and Yuriana we're all very knowledgable and helpful. I got a fair price for my gold jewelry and they we're good about answering all my questions. I went to the West Coast Gold Buyers location in Thousand Oaks. I had a very pleasant and enjoyable transaction. Lauren Aranda was polite, professional and courteous. She explained everything to me about my sterling silver transaction and gave me a great price for my silver! She had went to another business in Simi Valley off Madera and had a very bad experience with an employee who was rude and disrespectful, so she was hesitant to try another place. I have been to the Tapo Canyon location on four occasions within the past two months. My first interaction with Jennifer was remarkable. She is an exceptional relationship builder.
