This store is a speciality store that sells only USA made products. I found it when I decided that I wanted to buy safer toys for my 2 yo son. Before my first purchase I called to find that they were so helpful and quite knowledgeable about their products. So I went ahead to order with confidence. Shipping was fast. MadeinUSAForever has been my go-to for all on line buys for many years. If it doesn't fit, return it. If it's not what you expected, return it. Never has there been a refusal to exchange or refund. Even in the case of faulty items, even if discontinued and no longer available, MadeInUSAForever has made full restitution. American manufacturers offer quality items. I notice a couple of negative reviews. My experience is that shipping and service have only gotten better over the years. I have made seven orders from MadeInUSAForever.com starting in the beginning of 2013. Every order has been fulfilled. While Todd doesn't always get back to me the same day, he does take care of any problem (e.g., once, an item to be shipped direct from the manufacturer was delayed and he followed up with them to make sure I got my product). I was told that because my order was only $50.00 and it was close to Christmas--a time when they have to make all of their money--that they could not guarantee I would get my package on time, and that it had not yet been sent out. I placed an order for two sets of dishes on February 5, 2013. I never received them despite an immediate charge to my PayPal account. Requests for status updates on the order to proprietor Todd Lipscomb on February 16 and February 23 went unanswered. I got a response only after escalating a complaint with PayPal. I have ordered these boys outfits many times from Madeinusaforever.com and they are great ! They sell these Boys outfits made by Capitol Clothing in Miami, Florida in styles such as Police, which I bought and Firefighter and Jr Zookeeper which I also bought.
