Jitendera Kandola Kumar is the president of Omni-Funds. He was non responsive to addressing any of my specific complaints about the unprofessional service I received through Omni Fund loan officers. Omni Fund suggested for me to pay down my points from 2.99 % APR to 2.75% on a 15 year refinance for an additional $5,000 dollars. Unfortunately, I did not have the service that most of these reviews are stating. Two years ago I refinanced with Omni Fund and the whole experience was a nightmare. The process took over 5 months. I worked with Tony Bares, who basically lied and manipulated the loan process where in the end my closing costs were over $25,000.00, and I ended up with an adjustable rate mortage. Was referred to Lori Wood by a realtor friend of mine for a refi plus cash out. My friend spoke her praises and she was not wrong! We went through the refi process a few years ago and it was the single worst business transaction I have ever experienced, so I was really dreading the process, especially when other lenders told me it would take 90 days! Mitch was awesome. We tried to get rid of our PMI on our loan with our lender(Chase). 1st the appraiser they sent out way under appraised the value of our home, which Mitch caught, 2nd they were not willing to help us figure out how to fix some credit hiccups. I worked with Mitch McGregor on my refi. He was very patient as I was all set to go and then had a flooding problem. All carpets had to be replaced. Omni Fund, a Professional, honest company. Our broker, Ryan Hrisca, walked us through all the steps and showed us the processes as we went through them. His forthcoming of all fees with an explanation for them was a breath of fresh air for this industry. My Husband and I have tried to refinance our home that is underwater for the last 3 years. All the programs and loan mods never went through with our Citibank mortgage who owned our loan. I have nothing but good to say about Ryan Hrisca. He is really sharp at understanding the mortgage industry. This is my second refinance with him and both times were excellent. This time Ryan got me away from the lender paid mortgage insurance program (PMI) and into a lower rate just before the market shot up. Mike Rosenfeld contacted me on the phone when rates were low recently. I was skeptical of being contacted and he forwarded me reviews and references and gave me time to check on them. If you are looking for a straight forward, no gimmick financing, this is the group to talk too. Mitch McGregor at Omni-Fund went above and beyond his duties to ensure that we received the lowest interest rate possible. He was in touch with me on a daily basis about the constant lowering rates and even recommended waiting for lower numbers.
