Extremely pleased with the help to get through the process. My first time with a self directed IRA. Was always able to talk to someone on the phone immediately to answer questions, and emails were also answered quickly. I worked mostly with David who was great. Great Service and Great Experience I decided to buy real estate in my IRA. Had an extremely difficult time getting my account set up. The compliance department kept asking for more and more paperwork and it was always 2nd hand requests and was difficult to even determine what they needed. Finally got through that process and all was well for a few months but now I am receiving fee increases for routine services without any notification.
