David Shoup from payment system Came to my business on a cold call. He offer me 1 percent processing on all credit cards / free debit card processing with Credit card machine 48 month lease $99 a month . And I talk to his supervisor George on the phone. He assure me is 1 percent and said I can cancel anytime and will waive all cancellation fee and the lease. So I had David (sale rep) write it up on a cover page and sign. To Whom It May Concern, I am writing this letter to you office in regards to Payment Systems, a company located in Los Angeles, CA. In Aug. of 2011, a representative of this company came to my business making many promises they did not keep. I received a phone call from payment services and they schedule me with Mrs. Vanessa Svec to come and visit my small business and help me with the credit card machine. Me and Mrs SVEC met and I explain for her my situation . Her answer was no problem , and she insisted that if there is any problem I can cancel my service with 30 day notice my service was running for 5 minutes and than was terminated. now I am in collection and no one can help Read More »

I was cold-contacted by a Payment Systems Corp representative. The deal sounded good: $.09 per transaction, $126 equipment lease & 0% per sale. They actually charged me $.90 PER TRANSACTION, $126 ($141 with fees), 0% per sale & $25 monthly processing fee. When I brought the discrepancy to their attention, they made me jump though hoops to prove it, when it was printed right on their statement. I had to submit bank records.
