I also paid over $3000 to RCT in Aprl of 2013. I try to contact them but just get transferred time and time again, after waiting on hold for hours! Nothing has been done with my property and I can never get any answers! It is now July 2014. I was also told it would only take 6-9 months for the sale to be complete. We were solicited by RTC in February 2013. We entered an agreement in February 2013 for them to transfer our timeshare out of our names and alleviate us from paying maintenance fees. We paid thousands of dollars and all we've done since entering the agreement is PAY BLOODY MAINTENANCE FEES!!! What a rip off!!! Read More »

I signed an agreement on 4/20/2013 to Rid myself of two(2) properties. At first, RTC was quite responsive but by September 2013 they were not. It's now June 2,2014 and no properties transferred. I'm out $5,000 and my points are locked up. I still have maintenance fees to pay every month. I should have known better. Boy, every day I wake up I think how unethical these people are. This is just another timeshare rip off. I paid almost $3000 to have them transfer my timeshare title over to them last October and found out today (after not hearing anything from them) that the timeshare is fighting the transfer process. They said I can just forget about the transfer process and keep my timeshare, wait 2-4 years while they litigate this (while paying maintenance fees), or contact an attorney they are using to try and get out of my timeshare. My family too have been swindled by this company. We started dealing with them in March of 2013. They promised they would take the time share we inherited from our deceased parents. We stopped hearing any progress from this company since June of 2013. They will not return our phone calls. Does anyone think we can file a class action law suit against them? On 11/20/2012 we paid Right Choice Transfer (RCT) almost $4000 to transfer our timeshare title. The process was suggested to take 6-9 months. We are currently in title clearing with the third subcontractor. In Feb 2014 I received our annual maintenance bill from our resort. RCT refused to pay it. They alleged that original paperwork (from 2013) was not returned to the first subcontractor within stipulated timeframe per contract. I have been given the runaround with this company. I finally contacted my timeshare to confirm if what they were saying was true and it wasn't of course. Nothing has been started. We have had the same BAD experience. Started in July with Right Choice Transfer, then we got paperwork from Pacific Transfer and then paperwork from In Less Time Closing. When we call for a status report, we only get to talk to customer service people. No one with any authority will take our phone calls or return our calls. You'll see all these gold stars. Well, those have to be written by the owners/employees because they are nothing but a scam as far as I can see. Ten months ago I gave them $1750 and have rec'd nothing but a run around. They tell you the stage you are in, then they say there are no stages. I am confident that all of the previous reviews were written by Right Choice Transfer employees. Dealing with this company has been NOTHING BUT A NIGHTMARE. We paid them $4,300 and 5 1/2 months later, I still cannot get someone to call me back. Every time I call, the CS Rep PROMISES me that someone who can actually look at my file, will call me back within 24 hours. Right Choice Transfer was able to finally get rid of my timeshare for me! I spent a few years looking into my options and researching the best way to get out of a timeshare and even that didnt prevent me from being scammed trying to sell the timeshare. I started working with this company in May of 2012 at the end of a long road of trying to find a company that would help me with my timeshare. I originally decided to try and sell my timeshare when I realized it was now more expensive annually to own a timeshare than vacationing without one. Finding a company like this that operates in the timeshare industry is really like finding a needle in a haystack. I have been scammed, lied to, misrepresented, and taken advantage of from the moment I purchased my timeshare and it only got worse when I tried to sell it. I had a very pleasant experience with this company. I inherited a timeshare from my deceased parents and was stuck paying maitinence fees for it and I never even used it. Trying to sell it was even worse, I ended up paying a company who promissed they could sell the timeshare but it turned out to be a scam.
