I could not have been more pleased with the service I received at PTR and with my case manager Mr Valenzuela and Vanessa Jones. He, she and all the good people at PTR treated me with respect and concern, which was not at all the case one of the other large Tax Negotiating Company's that I originally hired then fired, because of their lack of concern and availability. Maricela Varela handled my case at Perfect Tax Relief, and the long distance between us did not matter because I felt like she was sitting with me in her office guiding me through all the procedures! It was a very intense experience, but it ended on such a happy note because the $82,387.73 that I owed was reduced to $13.
