Our experience with this company - specifically with their 401k Easy product - was absolutely terrible. Our day-to-day contact person did not seem to be able to answer our questions - even about services that 401k Easy had provided for us in the past. When we requested help from the company's president, James Gilbert, he was insulting and abrasive and, when we tried to ask him to understand certain aspects of the plans agreement, he basically told us that we weren't reading the agreement care...
