Worst experience I have ever had ordering something online. Here is my story: I was interested in this 'leather' vest, and the color I wanted was the one shown in the image displaying the vest. However, I could not select that color to buy. So I emailed them about wanting the vest in that color, waited 4 days and never heard back. I LOVE C.C.! I first ordered a teacup ring and was wonderfully surprised with the fast shipping along with the adorable box it came in. My second purchase was a cropped jacket I had tea stained. I ordered for a specific date and was worried I wouldn't get it in time but when I called I had wonderful personal service and I felt as if I was a long term friend calling for a chat. I ordered two perfumes from Clockwork Couture last month. The purchasing process was simple, and delivery was timely. The perfumes smell lovely, however they don't last as long as I'd like. I have ordered once from Clockwork Couture so far and I look forward to ordering from them again in the future. I ordered a couple of their Reticule of Rubbish mystery bags. Having issues on a pocket watch I ordered. The watch doesn't work, so contacted the company and was told to return it. Watch was packaged in original box, wrapped in tissue paper, put in a larger box with bubble wrap and mailed. Now company states they can't replace it because it was receive "in pieces and scratched". It wasn't either when I shipped, just not functioning. Clockwork Couture is by far the classiest retailer of Steampunk fashion I have found online to date. Their site provides suggestions on ensembles with honest, fun descriptions making the customer feel as though the items were being described by a friend.
