Customer service is great. Yes, you might have to wait a bit on the phone to talk to someone, but it's a small company. Sent someone money through them and never got my merchandise so I started a dispute. They seemed very accomadating at first. Instead of refunding my money to my credit card they issued me not one but two checks. Can you guess what happened next..Yes they both bounced. Now I am arguing with them to get my money back and the fees that I just incurred for the bounced checks. Just like one of the other reviewers, I chated with them for four days to get funds moved to a status that could be transferred to my account.  I even talked to their head customer service representatives and she indicated that "the transactions are still under review" eventhough the customers called in three days prior to confirm and verify their payments. I'm sad to say that I can't recommend this service. 

They promise to approve a payment withing 2 days. All my payments have taken from 5 to 9 days for approval. Even from reoccurring buyers. I had one payment for $1 and it took so long, I cancelled the order. 

I can't ship my products out until they are approved... so, my buyers have to wait over a week to receive my products. 

I would have to say... pass on this service.
