He identified the correct person to be served with the notice from the defendants side. I requested the services of Mysmallclaim.com for a Small Claims Court case in San Diego. While the online process was simple and user-friendly, the results were poorly conducted. They served the wrong defendant TWICE, causing me to have to defer the case to a later date while I tried to get this untangled.
