I can't tell if this is a poorly run scam or an incompetently run business. In either case, don't waste your money. The customer service number was out of order for a week and nobody in the office seemed to know anything about it. I called the number on an ad on Craigslist instead several times. Each time I was promised a call back in 10 minutes but never got one. The list of places to look at didn't meet my criteria either. What a scam! I can't believe they're actually approved by the BBB. Got my first list of about 5 listings on Friday...NONE of which met my criteria. And, they were all in "less than desirable" areas of the cities I'd requested. In fact, I'd requested specific areas of each city I was interested in...and they didn't give me a SINGLE listing in any of the specific areas or even close by (and I had 4 cities). Not an *outright* scam, but as close to you can get and wtihout the government shutting you down. Responded to one of their ads on craigslist and after doing some research online, (including reading the first yelper's review), I called back and said I only wanted to sign up if a certain place was still available. Moving from the East Coast was pretty tough with my pitbull because none of the property managers would allow him. Even though he is friendly he still got a bad wrap. He is a bit loud when people knock and he needs a yard because he gets really active like a puppy. He is not a puppy though and is really a well behaved pit. This is a scam!! I purchased the $37 package 3 weeks ago and have received exactly one email with 5 listings. Of those 5 listings only 2 were pet friendly which is an amenity I listed when I signed up. I have called numerous times and only received promises of new listings which never came. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I just referred Infinity Rentals to the Better Business Bureau, as well. The service I received after paying the additional $20 to be a premium customer was appalling. I had 72 hours to find an apartment and was promised a high quality service. So this place sends you listings of places based off of what you're looking for in a rental home. Much like Westside Rentals, they charge a fee. Though with Infinity Rentals, they only charge you once until you find something. They also keep sending you listings through e-mail if you don't like the first set you receive. GREAT LISTINGS! This was a great decision because I was the first to view 3 places and the third one has accepted our application. Yay! We are moving in this weekend! HORRIBLE is the word that comes to mind first when I think of Infinity Rentals. I was hopeful after reading some of the reviews on this page that I would have luck with this company. However, after my own experience I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. It was the biggest waste of time and money I have ever spent. Thank You Infinity Rentals! I am happy to say that...........I FOUND A PLACE! I will be using your referral for my friend from Endgland as well. This place I found is great! This place is a scam, and a pretty good one. Saw a listing on craigslist, called, and got some girl named Amy. She "sold" me on a $34 membership and that they'd email me every day a list of rentals according to my criteria. The next day I did get an email with 5 listings. Nothing since then. I can't beleive how hard it can be to find a place in LA. I LOVE Infinity Rentals because they helped me move into the LA area. I am from the East Coast and I was trying to move at the same time people were trying to relocate closer to the beach. They would get me available places that just came up so I would be the first to view. They also had several shortcuts with negotiating a lease. I just called and asked about their service since they put an ad in craigslist offering a remarkably good deal. Because they were a fee-based business, I declined their service and marked the ad as prohibited. They might have these listings, but they push their sales super hard. I found a place in Thousand Oaks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's a one bedroom for 900 and I am soooo excited to invite friends over because the kitchen is perfect for entertaining. I used Infinity Rentals and I am glad I did. They set appointments for me and I would view about 3 places a day. We did that for about a week. The company is offering memberships to referred friends for people who found a place so I am taking it. I guess once in a while they do this so tried customers can post their experiences instead of people who have never used the service. I used the service and I found a place through them. BEWARE! This company is a SCAM!!! Too bad I can't give them 0 stars or negative stars. They intentionally make you leave a message and then call you back so that they can screen who is calling or not. After they billed my credit card and I called everyday for almost two-weeks because I never received a listing. I was having trouble finding a place with my pet but I found a place finally! I just got the internet set-up and I thought I would share my experience and get a referred membership for a friend. My anecdote for INFINITY RENTALS. I phoned 323-476-1161 and heard some music playing like I was on hold or perhaps had reached one of those cell phones that plays music for you instead of hearing the line ring.
