The salesman at my door was a respectable guy. He would answer his phone. The "office" people would never never answer the phone, BECAUSE, it was a cell phone. Even my insurance company never heard from them. Crazy. They seem to be a phantom company hiding in the gray zone for this type of work. They did absolutely nothing for my claim. This is a HORRIBLE company. DO NOT USE!!!!!! Tomorrow I will be contacting the State of California Insurance Fraud division. I advise that others do so as well. I have tried for months to get a release from this company. My insurance adjuster told me that he was contacted by Advantage Loss Group and they told him to contact the homeowner, (me). I ditto the other 2 reviews. It has been a horrendous experience dealing with this company. I feel as if I've been hoodwinked. I've been requesting to be released from Advantage Loss Group for almost 2 months now. I've sent certified letters, email made phone calls to no avail. I've been told by three different people in their office (who refuse to give their last names) that they are waiting on their supervisor to approve my release. Wow! Am I being held hostage? As per the other review, Horrid Customer service, They were supposed to take a 1/3 of the settlement as per contractual agreement. What The Advantage Loss Group took was 2/3 of the claim. Numerous phone messages were left as they very rarely answer the phone. They don't return calls. When they do sporadically answer the phone its a dead end without resolution. They have promissed me 4 times to call back and never do. They state to have no physical address so apparently you can't go in to disc... Read More »

Horrible company to work with. Unprofessional, misrepresentations, Extremity poor customer service, Hard to get in contact with ( apparently no physical office) overall horrible experience.
