My check engine light went on so I took my car in. The staff, especially Jesse, was very attentive and customer focused. He explained the diagnostic plan and the estimated amount. The technicians needed a day to run the tests so I ended up getting a rental car through their contract, Horizon, which made for a convenient and easy rental (when does that ever happen......)
