My decades old sprinkler system developed a leak in the front yard. I decided to have it disabled a couple of years ago but hadn't gotten around to it. This was one of the most useless repair services I have ever encountered. I just moved into a new home, and my sprinkler system is clogged and not working properly. Rather than spend a million hours trying to figure it out, I figured it would be easiest this first time to have someone come out and look at the system, walk me through how to use it and adjust the sprinkler heads, so that I could figure it out from there. We recently had sprinklers installed in our backyard by Just Sprinklers. We could not be happier. Thomas designed the system and assured that it was implemented correctly. Francisco lead the implementation crew consisting of Lupe and Jose. Everyone was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Just had Robert Tafoya come by to do a repair and identify the cause of a leak. He was courteous, explained all the work that was being done and gave me options for the repair. Ultimately we'll see how the leak repair goes, but Robert quickly fixed the other issue I called them for -- a broken head. I called to have a repair on a sprinkler system, the guy showed up on time, but didn't want to fix the problem. I had narrowed it down to a problem with the manifold. He did not want to fix "I cannot guarantee the work" OK but fix the problem, I was ok with no guarantee. My 80 year old mother’s backyard “pond” liner recently ruptured and the water dangerously low. She hired Just Sprinklers to rescue the fish and water lilies (at a cost of $1272). She also received their estimate for building a new pond. My mother chose a different company ($1,800 vs. $12,000). Chip was amazing, he fixed the issue we were having with the sprinkler system and also showed us how to use it. He was so knowledgeable, patient, and you could tell he was interested in making sure we were comfortable with what he did and how to work the system correctly. Just Sprinklers put in an additional patio section this summer and everything was top quality. They are not pushy and allowed us to do only what we could afford at one time. We have used them in the past also. Johnny Carter the sales rep is wonderful when it comes to making sure the customer is well satisfied and even fixed some things that were not up to original expectations. I would like to thank Just Sprinklers for sending out Xavier and Armando to do the install on our new battery powered drip system. They re-routed the main water valve, connected a battery powered control box, and did a complete new drip system for over 20 existing plants and trees. They were professional, polite and expeditious. When we had the snow storms mid-December, my pressure regulator froze and the faceplate & gasket had to be rebuilt. The technicians Ed Gonzales and (unfortunately I do not have the second tech's name) evaluated the problem and presented options for the repair. Juan Gallegos and Carlos Calderon came to my house on Friday, November 26, 2011, to do a rather complicated job. They were punctual and worked efficiently. They worked consistently throughout the day and got an amazing amount of work done. When they left, my house and property were cleaned up very well. In fact, the work was fastidious. Ed Gonzales did an excellent job for us July 25 and 27, 2011. He was especially good at handling miscommunications and making sure that the job was done according to our expectations. We have been using Just Sprinklers for over 20 years now. Service has always been exceptional. Yesterday, Chip Gregg came out to adjust our sprinklers. He did a very thorough and complete inspection and replaced broken parts within an hour. He took the time to reprogram our system and made sure we were comfortable with the settings and how to adjust if necessary. He also clearly articulated the results of his inspection. Carlos and crew did an outstanding job. My property is complicated with numerous varieties of plants, several walkways and an obtrusive outbuilding in the middle of the back yard. The system is exactly what I wanted, practically invisible, and easy to use. They restored the place to the exact condition it was in prior to the work so you can't even tell than any work was done.
