Wow. We Re so happy. I placed a call to Rapid Plumbing at 6:30pm and we had a Tech at our place by 7:30pm. He did his Inspection and right away he was able to repair and give us pricing for a replacement or repair. That is always nice to have a option, especially when we are not the homeowners and needed hot water the same day. Thank you again for the great service. If you are a do it yourself type of person, this company is very much like that. I left for deployment for 7 months. My wife not knowing a thing about plumbing called for help on 2 clogged drains. 1 in the kitchen and another in a bathroom shower. After being charged $850 and only the kitchen sink repaired. I could have given my wife directions on the phone to get the kitchen sink fixed. Being afraid of the cost of repair and getting ripped off again, I called roto rooter and gave them an exp...
