As you can see from the complaints filed here and the 200 on the Better Business Bureau website they are a scam. They got me for $98 too. I could tell when speaking to their customer service that they know it. They had stock answers about FTC rules etc. And instead of trying to resolve my complaint, kept repeating how I was wrong and wanting to "walk me back through" how I ordered this product. THEY ARE A SCAM....ORDER PRODUCTS, RETURN THEM AS INSTRUCTED AND THEY STILL CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT YOU USED TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING. THEY DENY RECEIVING THE PRODUCTS AND NOW THEY STATE THAT IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A DELIVERY RECEIPT, YOU ARE A LIAR. THEY HAVE OVER 200 COMPLAINTS THROUGH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. I am now three months into a dispute with my credit card company over this total scam. My 75 year old mother got an email that she thought I had sent her and entered her name and address, but no credit card number and then changed her mind and deleted the email. I searched for miracle face kit but I guess this is the company that owns it. Anyway, I signed up for the risk free trial back in April so I could try the product before I committed to buying it full price. I actually called right after to see if they could give me some more time, and the lady I spoke with extended me for an extra 10 days which was really cool. This company is a total scam! There is no such thing as a "Risk Free Trial". I was under the impression that it was a "Risk Free Trial" for 30 days and got scammed for $98. I even returned the product and demanded a refund and got no where. Just a lot of run around by their "customer service" department. I didn't even receive the product within the 10 day period. ALL OF THE PREVIOUS REVIEWS ARE CORRECT. This company is nothing more than a scam. Every one should report them to the attorney general. The products are not the great product they said they were and the way in which the trick you to charge to $97.99 is a scandal. Very bad experience with this company. The "Risk Free Trial Kit" was shipped on the 18th of March. The product was painful on my skin, I would never use it again. April 1st they charged me $97.88 for another product I did NOT request and certainly did NOT want. They hung up on me when I told them I demanded a refund. They deserve a negative rating. ****THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE***** Free trial - DOES NOT EXIST. When you sign up for the free trial, you are signing up for a membership. You have 10 days to call and cancel and if not are charged the remaining balance for the "Free Trial" at the end of 30 days. I used the free trial and am returning the product.Very disappointed. First of all , it does not end up being free as you have to pay either the $2.95 or the $4.95 , depending on which ad you respond to. Then you have to pay a shipping charge to send it back. You only have 10 days to see if it actually works or you will be charged almost $98 !! -- every 45 days. Misleading advertisement. Indicates 45-day trial. On the packing slip, however, it states a 10-day trial. I was out of town and responded in 11 days (it was christmas). This company is a fraud!! Mr. Justin Feilds, Andre Johnson and Tasha are thieves! Please do not order this product.
