We shopped around and talked to a few different loan reps, but I'm so glad we chose to work with Gino Olivo and Rob Birkla. These guys managed to allow us to close escrow in 18 days! During the process, we did our part and responded to their requests for documents right away, and in turn they hustled on their end to make sure everything went as fast and smooth as humanly possible. We refinanced our loan and opened up a 2nd mortgage line of credit. The line of credit was through them but with another lender. Gino, Rob, and Crossline had the 1st mortgage ready to sign so early that we had to wait on the other lender to finish up. There were some last minute changes that needed to be made and they made it all happen so that we could fund on schedule. Greg was so helpful during this somewhat confusing process. I haven't had to deal with this stuff in 16 years and we were not sure what the process was. Couple that with a VA loan dealing with our government and wow, overload. Greg walked us through it explaining everything along the way. I have to say that this was the best experience I have ever had refinancing my house. Scott was the first person to contact me and give me all the details about what I could get for Rate, Cash Back, and the fees. He go this back to me in about a day and was easy to reach. He locked my rate the next day and filed all the paperwork. It took about 2 weeks until I was able to sign the papers and about 3 weeks for the loan to fund. In the past I was unable to get a re-finance of my home loan, but with Crossline Capital, Inc. I worked with Sean Grote and he did a great job and was able to re-finance my home loan and saved me $500 dollars a month in payments. I would recommend Crossline Capital to anyone that is looking to refinance. Jerry is friendly and not intimidating at all. He answered all my questions and genuinely care about the outcome. This was our second loan experience with Crossline. Jerry and his office first refinanced my primary home two years ago. We recently had them refinance our new property. Just as before the experience was wonderful. Everything they stated upfront was what we saw at closing.
