We are seniors in north county. Our insurance company recommended Southwest Restoration and they did a fanstastic job. They were curtious, respectful and very hard working. This company is run by Mike Esposito from Temecula, CA. He is suppose to be a general contractor. His work is average at best. He will disappear on you during the job. You leave several messages, he doesn't return them or show up to do the work when stated they will. He "No showed" on us twice. If you leave a message and state that you going to pay he will "gladly" show up and collect. His workers appear to be good people. If they were smart they would find someone else to work for.
