Joseph Shalaby helped my husband I through our refinance process during the initiation of all the Covid-19 madness. I couldn't believe how fast, efficient, friendly, and cheap EMortgage Capital was for our refinance. Our previous lender was competing as hard as they could to retain our business, but the best they could come up with was over $8k in fees (after a $5k credit). I never thought I would be saying this about a mortgage broker, but the experience working with Joseph on my refinance was great. Joseph always replied promptly to my questions (sometimes within minutes). I am happy with the rate he helped me acquire (have you ever heard of 2.8% apr 15yr for a tenant occupied condo? Joseph was excellent to work with and provided by far the best package I could find in the market. I had been considering a re-finance for months because of lower rates -- but didn't make the jump until I spoke with Joseph and found the rate/package that truly worked for me. Darin & Nicole are true pros. They not only took care of my loan and worked with me to get it done, but they looked out for every detail. When my old mortgage company paid my prop taxes, they went to the escrow company and asked them to refund rather than double paying the county and having to wait to get refunded. I did a loan with Lenders Direct eight months ago and again today we just closed on a 2nd refinance. The broker was very nice and did not charge me anything to do the loan since I did a loan with them 8 months ago they paid all my closing cost. I thought at first what??? this is too good to be true how do you do a No Cost loan and he simply used his commissions to pay all the closing cost. I have to say at first I did not trust this online mortgage companies and I did a lot of research on Better Business Bureau but like my Father said sometimes you have to just take a risk with today's technology ended up getting a very low rate and the Director kept constant contact with me when the broker was not available.
