I just completed an FHA refinance through Erin Halliday at DLJ Financial. I found this company through lending tree. She did an excellent job with my refinance and it was a done deal within a month. She kept me well-informed from start to finish about the status of the refinance and what to expect next. Martin was excellent to work with. He's a calm cool guy, was very good at follow-up, and was always patient about answering any of my questions. We refinanced our home with DLJ Financial. Jennifer Diaz was our Senior Mortgage Banker and she did a great job. She was very knowledgeable, accurate, and would respond to any correspondence quickly and efficiently. This was probably one of the easiest refinances that I have ever gone there. Matthew Brigham was there the whole way. Making sure everything that was needed, was received. Best part, going from a 30 year fixed to a 15 year fixed, and paying less every month. The rates were awesome. The out of pocket expense was also good.
