Over the course of eight years, Apolinar has worked on both my house and a rental house in Monterey Park. In 2010 and 2011 has worked extensively on my six-unit office building in Glendale. He and his crew have done plumbing, painting, electrical, flooring, window replacement, removing and installing walls, roof repair, bathroom remodeling, air conditioning and heating repair, and landscape sprinkler irrigation.
