I signed up for service with Home Front but I am very disgusted with their work! Yes, the service guys are very polite but I don't pay for just politeness, I pay for service. One of my main concerns was rats in my attic. All he did was open the trap door in my hallway leading to the attic and climbed up MY ladder which he asked to borrow. You should see the real review of this company's services at http://www.yelp.com…. Not surprising to see that this company has more bad reviews than good on that other review site. Their billing and service practices are dishonest to say the least. They come to your house offering great service and their "quarterly" visits except they never show up. Andy did an amazing job today! I was really impressd by him. He was very thorough and knowledgable. I have had several different technicians come out to my home, all we're good, but Miguel really took the time any energy to Inform me regarding these Gophers making a mess in my back yard. Joe U. went way way way above his duty at providing routine service for me. He pointed out that we had more coverage than the ordinary contract with our prior pest control vendor. He didn't have to and could instead have been silent- But he didn't. He did gopher control and mouse traps. He was clean-cut and intelligent. From now on, please send him to my house.
