They were great. All I had was a corrupt external hard drive; my info was trapped in it because it wasn't allowing connections to a computer. Whereas other rip-off places were quoting me figures from $300 and up, MDofPC Doctor of Computers charged very low, and explained and showed me the steps they were going through and why. My phoning to Blue Tax was the best action I could have taken with facing an overwhelming personal tax issue of several years. If you have Chad Fisher, you should rest in confidence that he will go as far as tape your name to his bosses computer screen to get the job done. I went through 3 other reps who dropped the ball each time when they moved me to other reps. When I got to Chad, he picked up the case and saw it through. Feb 2014: Blue tax offers a Workbook for $49.95 as a do it yourself tax relief plan. I ordered the workbook and received NO communication from Blue Tax other than my paypal receipt showing I had purchased it. I waited 2 weeks and did not receive the book. Blue tax and Chad Fischer was a life saver they stopped the IRS and State from attaching my wages and from levy. I would recommend them to anyone that needed help with their tax problems. For me to call blue tax, my wages had been garneshed and the IRS said I owed 52,000 dollars. Blue Tax welcomed me with their friendly conversation and assured they would help. In the end, Blue Tax reduced what I owed the IRS down to less than $15,000. I recently posted a scathing review of my problem with Blue tax and was surprised to receive a call from their VP Todd Lewis. Not only did he look into our problem immediately, but made sure we understood all options available to us. Call Blue tax, Paid them 3200.00 and should of just used the money to pay down my tax debt. Been two and a half years, submitted countless paper work that they ask for, then they switch consultants on me and mysteriously lose my paper work, have to resubmit it again, but with updates of course. I have recently had an excellent experience with the IRS negotiator team from Blue Tax in Canoga Park, CA. Two weeks ago, I was using the ATM machine at my bank, and when I tried to view my savings and checking account balances, both were at zero. When I called Blue Tax I was in a tough spot, my wages were being garnished and I owed the IRS about 30k. After speaking with a few other companies I felt most comfortable with Blue Tax. The fee was a little bit more than the other 2, but I liked that they had multiple attorneys in house that would fit my specific needs. Blue tax will promise everything and deliver nothing. I paid $2500 and got the same advise as the IRS gave me. You still have to pay what you owe but blue tax will try to let you think you will pay less. I don't think they have any attorneys working there because you are never allowed to speak to one. Nikki helped my husband and I at a time when we felt that we were getting nowhere with the IRS. She helped us understand everything that my accountant didn't know and didn't tell us.
