I had NEVER heard of this Company before, well until yesterday (09/01/2020) morning when 7 unauthorised transactions were made to my debit card within 10:07am-10:17am. 4 were for $107.25, 3 were for $53.63 totaling $589.89! Those transactions were not authorized, I was hoping it was some type of error.. But the transactions went from 'Pending' to 'Cash Purchases' by 11pm.. Sure, Nexon makes some fine games, but their scheming for money is incredible. They hype up players to make them buy boatloads worth of in game currency. Then they release "sales" on popular items to the point where people begin to spend massive amounts of money to buy on sale items. Their customer service is horrible. My account was suspended for 7 days, I sent a ticket, 1, maybe 2 months later, I received an email reply saying "You were found glitching." Ok? Anything else you want to tell m... Read More »
