Tellus leads is being unresponsive, we do not know where to turn anymore. Each month we encounter the same issue, NO INVOICE, over charging not to mention NO CREDIT for non-valid leads, we reach out to them and ask for an invoice and breakdown and we must chase them for weeks until we receive a response and correction. They are quick to charge the card and take funds but are never available to talk on the phone and explain why there is no invoice ahead of charging or credit which is due. Th... Read More »
