Several years ago we had to take Rick and Susan Rose to court in attempt to get our money back due to their breach of contract. This was when they called their business Adoption Facilitation Services. It appears they have since changed the name. The Small Claims Court agreed with us. In response to Marie's review, I have to disagree. First of all, The Better Business Bureau is an absolute money making sham. Don't take my word...investigate it yourself. Did you know that Wolfgang Puck was also given an F ??? But guess what? If you JOIN and pay them money you will immediately get an A. We adopted both our child with the help of Rick and Suzanne Rose. While there were a few complications, overall we are very happy with the service they provided. We tried another bigger, well known agency and found them to be impersonal and cold. That agency did not follow through and did not give us the whole story. We then signed up with Rick and Suzanne. What consumers need to know now is that this company used to be called Adoption Facilitation Services, and was located in San Pedro, CA. After we had signed a contract with them we learned that they had an "F" rating with the BBB. In 2009 they changed their name address and phone numbers and got a fresh start with the BBB but they are the same people (Richard and Suzanne Rose) and are in the same business.
