They made an appt. and didn't show up or call. I made two more appts. with them with the same results. I went with another company and told them that. They have called 13 times in four days to make an appt. for a
bid. Don't they communicate with each other? Who would ever want to work with a company that had no consideration for their possible client. What would that be like? The work would never get done, or maybe never get started and who would even... Read More »

d d. posted a review

I'm building a new bathroom with shower, whirlpool tub, commode, and window, walls to be tiled, and a pocket-door.
The workmanship I have received (other than the tile work) is beyond shoddy.

Their work is sub-out to various Handymen. None of them are licensed and most don't know what their doing. And it's difficult to communicate because most of the crews don't speak English. An unlicensed electrician doubled breaker wiring against code when he could have used a slim-line breaker to separat... Read More »

Elizabeth C. posted a review

Millennia Construction replaced our flooring to hardwood and carpet. These workers were easy to have around, never wasted a minute, asked which way we preferred on some areas and if there was another alternative. They left each night with things swept and picked up. Beautiful craftsmanship (and I am picky!). The contractor explained things so well that we had confidence that we were in good hands. He also checked on the work everyday to be sure were satisfied. Read More »

JR K. posted a review

We just completed remodeling our backyard with Millennia Construction and I would highly recommend them to others looking for a contractor. We resurfaced our pool, put new tile and coping, new stamped cement around the patio and pool deck. I already had pictures of exactly what I wanted so it was just a matter of finding a contractor who had good quality and could follow my directions. They did just that and I think the project came out great. With the budget that I had set aside for the proj... Read More »

Marcie A. posted a review

Millennia Construction just completed my 2 bathrooms and kitchen remodel and my husband and I are very pleased with the results. The entire start to finish job took about 6 weeks and I was compelled to write this review because we were so happy with the quality, workmanship and service. They were flexible with us, the crews were great to work with and they were willing to go the extra mile for us. We have been waiting to do this project for several years and we couldn't be happier with our ne... Read More »

Gerry B. posted a review

The good news is that this company is legitimate, and the work will get done...eventually. The bad news is everything else about this company. You will be fighting, yelling, and demanding to know what's going on during the entire construction process! I just had my 1.5 bathrooms remodeled by this company and their stated time of two weeks turned into over four weeks of work. That's over a month with no working shower! The main problem was that we were not allowed to pick out materials until t... Read More »
