I just purchased (actually leased) my third car from Hamlet at Flawless Auto (Mercedes C300, Honda Accord, Ford Flex). I will NEVER go to a dealership again. I was a bit skeptical at first about buying the car through a broker that I have not met and doing a deal over the phone and email. But it turned out to be a great experience and a very easy process. My process for purchasing a car was exactly 3 days. I intersected with Flawless Auto Group, on the Internet, and it was as if the weight of all the negotiations was lifted. They made me a 'great' deal, was at all times above board and were a pleasure to do business with! When I came to Flawless I was a first time car buyer. I am a very skeptical person but when I met everyone there it was as though we had known each other for years. The man helping me was patient and took the time to get to know me and what exactly it was that I was looking for. Thanks to the guys at Flawless I was in a Lexus IS for my first car.
