I must say that Jose Fernando De Lumen was absolutely amazing these past few weeks. We kept getting little things changing on our website and he listened and kept up with my corrections until the issue was solved, it took a few emails and a few times but he got our issues fixed the way we wanted and was extremely patient with me. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. If I could give ZERO stars, no let me take that back, if I could give NEGATIVE stars, I'd give the most negative amount of stars possible. The worst company. I too have lost thousands of dollars. They are so understaffed, are not accountable, take the monthly fee's and there is no real recourse if you've been with them for a while because you'd have to start all over again. My website is down again for two days and it will be more since they aren't open the weekends and they do not care about my business and if they are keeping my website up and working. Run do not walk away!!! I signed with Agent Image in January of 2011. After 60 plus days my website is still not up and running. I wish I had looked at these reviews before getting so excited about a "Professional Looking" site. I do think my site is visually fabulous, but that's where it ends. It is a semi-custom site which cost just over $5000. Using Agent Image to design my web site was a costly mistake! I signed up with them in Oct of 2009 and it took me asking for a refund at the end of Jan of 2010 to get them to move on my site.
