Really awesome experience.. they came highly recommended and they didnt disappoint. Henry gave me a reasonable price, I got others that seemed too good to be true but Henrys price was on point. Price was a big factor but more important was the delivery time frame. He told me he couldnt promise anything but going to Texas was a common route and I ended up getting my stuff in 4 days. Henry Henry Henry is your man when it comes down to moving. We moved from los Angeles to New York. Henry was soooo helpful from the beginning. He came over and gave us the best estimate we could find in the market. I would highly recommend Presto Logistics! From the beginning obtaining a quote to the final delivery everyone involved have been extremely helpful, professional and up front regarding fees and charges. I had some furniture (computer chair, Desk) and a TV transported with them. On pick up, they sent a small truck with some Hispanic workers, who didnt speak english. They were rough with the stuff and were in a rush, didnt answer any questions. They delivered a month late. TV was broken (loss of 2k), chair was cut in the seat, desk was handled poorly with scratches. I was picked up on July 4th 2017. Jose was the driver. At pick up I had NO complaints. At delivery which was today July 16 2017, Horrible! I have a lot of damages. Driver was professional and no complaints. Somewhere along the way my property was moved from one truck to another. All my boxes are wet and molded...in 12 days??? Boxes were busted open and crushed. Presto just unloaded my goods here in Everett, WA with everything intact and where I wanted it. I said I'd wait to write a review till it was over and I am happy I did wait. I thought there would be some bumps in the road and I can honestly say that this was as smooth a move as I couldve imagined. I had the pleasure of dealing with the people at Presto mainly Velma who was my personal rep thru the move. I really appreciate the companies care and concern in my move. I was not excited about moving, I thought about doing it myself but for a few extra dollars (literally) I was able to get the entire move done for me. I was recently transferred to north carolina because of my job and I needed a company to move my stuff as soon as possible. I spoke with a gentleman at Presto Moving and he walked me thru their process and explained every last detail to me. I live locally and I needed a mover to help my mom move from Phoenix to Cali. I called Presto cause I saw they were located right near me and asked if they would be able to move someone from Phoenix, they said they would and went over a quote with me. Moving with this company was a very pleasant experience. The staff made this process so easy for me that all I really had to do was sit back and relax until they completed the job. Truly exceptional service. I recently moved from Texas to southern California for my job. I was contact by Abe from Presto who quoted me for the move. I used Presto for my move from cali to philly and they did a great job. I have a friend who reffered them to me and he was very satisfied with the serivce as am I. It made the process alot easier not having to go through a bunch of companies and getting quotes. The movers were quick and the delivery took 8 days. These guys are great! Very fast, reliable, professional, meticulous and friendly service. I just moved to Kansas City because I got transferred by my job. I recently used Presto Logistics to do an office move for my company. Most of the furniture was heavy duty and bulky items like desks, podiums, conference tables, etc. They dedicated an entire truck to our move and brought it straight from Arizona to Las Vegas. Presto Logistics answered all of my questions and came to my apartment to do an in home estimate. On moving day the truck was prompt and the guys worked very quickly and wrapped everything very well. I have never been more unsatisfied with a move. We are a Marine family who have moved now 4 times in 2 years. I have always had peaceful moves until this past month. This company is a scammer! We got a quote of $950.00,becuase we were under the 2000 lb minimum. When the movers came they stated that because we were under weight, they would switch to a VOLUME charge. Presto was a quality moving team and company. They arrived to my pick up location on the day promised, packed up my large items VERY well. I was very impressed with their service and packing quality. False promises and misrepresentation. Promised a price and delivery date. I contacted them 3x's to tell them my inventory prior to the move and they did not take my inventory. I can not recommend Presto Logistics. Please learn from my mistake of not being more skeptical and scrutinizing. While they did do a competent and professional job on the actual move, the experience of doing business with them was ultimately profoundly negative for me. I had a terrible experience with this company. In July, 2010 I requested a quote that was contingent primarily on the exact date of delivery. I was moving my aged mother from Palm Desert, CA to a retirement home in Austin, TX and the timing of the move needed to be precise.
