Trying to get my television set fix the port for cable was broken off I call samsung to get it fix. They gave me a ticket # and then HD repair has cancelled them both anything outside of tv is not cover is the response? This port is both inside and out and they told me it was not covered under warrenty. a 75 inch tv that i bought 2 month ago is not covered. i dont even know if this port was there when i got the tv. very disappointed with Samsung and HD repair. stay away dont buy! I agree with one of the other reviews if there was a way to provide negative stars it would be more appropriate. My experience was awful and I really wish I had read the negative reviews before doing business with HD Repair. Initially a representative for the company charged my credit card for $230 when I called to initiate business with the company. The only thing they did right was give me a full refund after more than three weeks waiting to get repair service. Never received a date for the repair. Constantly had to call to ask about the status of the repair service. Told three times part had been ordered and I would be getting a call to schedule an appointment for repair. Never happened. The independent technician that was sent out for the repair was exceptional; however, HD repair representatives that answer the phones are rude and will talk over you when you do not just accept what they are saying and the supervisor that my technician was being directed by actually lied to me on the phone. Which I did not realize until after calling the maker of my TV back to verify what he told me over the phone. Use this company at your own risk. Read More »
