THE PEOPLE AT TAX NETWORK WERE INCREDIBLE. IN A SHORT TIME THEY WERE ABLE TO HELP ME WITH WHAT I THOUGHT WAS AN ENORMOUS PROBLEM WITH THE IRS. It was a pleasure working with your company. The only problem I faced during this several month ordeal was that it was hard to get in contact with the specific person in charge of my case. I think in the future you should assign a staff person to a clients case and that would be their main point of contact. I was being garnished and they stepped immediately to stop the process. Later they negotiated with both State and Federal taxes. I actually received a refund from the State and was able to settle my Federal taxes for 1000.Oo and a promise to pay and file for the next 5 years. They worked my debt down from about 20,000.00. My experience with IRS was a nightmare until I contacted Tax Netwok USA. I was not sure if they could help but to my surprise they were. After talking with the nasty IRS I was told, they would not accept payments I thought I was done for. Tax Network saved not only the day, but released me from having to talk with those less that humans at the IRS. I have been working with Tax Network for some time now. They have been continuously helping me to resolve my tax issues. Had a horrible experience with this company. I paid them a deposit up front gave them all my documents and then waited. NOTHING WAS DONE!! I was given a rep. to handle my case but he never answered my calls. Tax Network USA promises to get one's tax liability lowered, for a hefty sum of money. They do not deliver what they promise, are very rude when you call to talk to them, and will not refund that hefty sum of money they harassed the client for at the beginning of the transaction. Consumer beware. The IRS turned down the offer in compromise that Tax Network USA submitted for us, and we are in far more trouble with the IRS than we were to begin with. I contacted USA Tax Network thinking they could help with my irs problems. They asked me for$5500 which i paid and all i get is the run around. I sit back and wait by the fax machine all day for faxes they have no intension on sending. I make phone calls only to be put on hold and then get a hang up tone. This is the worst company I've dealt with. They are irresponsible in returning phone calls and keeping the customers informed as to the progress of the IRS and State tax issues. I paid 3500.00 and for that they are VERY responsible. I had worked out a repayment plan with the IRS and State agencies prior to contacting Tax Network USA identical to the plan that this company allegedly set me up with. I am extremely dissatisfied with this company. I paid them $3500.00 in January to handle my federal and state tax penalties and have been put on the back burner repeatedly. I am making a complaint about Tax Network USA. I have been working with them since February 2009 to address a tax situation. I have been using them since late 2009. I owed the IRS some $12K, the BOE about $13K & EDD about $25K from a failed business. Thus far they've done everything they can to help me.
