You can't find any customer service for help. The numbers 888-993-2888 and 877-993-2888 do not work (it is just a robot machine playing music). They don't reply to any emails. They sold me a dead battery and I returned it back to them but they are not willing to refund me. I am going to call my Credit card company for payment hold. They are fake and scammers. Do not buy from this company. I ordered a replacement battery for my Apple from Laptop Battery One on 22 Oct 2012, It worked until Jan 2013. I sent the battery back to the company for the warranty replacement. It cost me $11.00 to send it back USPS with a tracking number. It was received by Battery One on 7 Feb, I contacted them on 13 Feb to find out the status of my battery replacement. Hope that it works -- the warranty is not well honored. I ordered an Apple laptop battery replacement that worked for about a week before it would cause my laptop to shutdown suddenly and diagnostics reported that the battery was faulty (eventually, the laptop refused to charge it). BEWARE of this company. I ordered a replacement battery for my laptop and after three replica batteries they were unable to furnish one that fit my computer. When I became aware that their ability to provide products as advertised I asked for a refund. They refused to provide return postage for the third battery and informed me they would deduct 20% from my refund. I cant understand any business that can charge one half of the products cost in fees for something that never fit as advertised.... Read More »

I purchased a battery for my Macbook from Laptop Battery One. On a good note, I received the delivery much earlier than expected. Unfortunately the battery did not fit my macbook. Look this is the problem. I order something July 2011 and I ordered a battery that did not work with my HP computer. HP doesn't work with 3rd party batteries. So I had to send it back. According to the advertisement on Laptop Battery One said they return your money immediately. Well they don't I've been waiting now for two weeks for a return of $35.99 and they're taking their time. I purchased two batteries for my Dell laptop. The price was less than half the cost of buying a genuine Dell battery. Both batteries arrived very quickly and are working better than my original battery even when it was brand new. Their sales department was very helpful and professional in helping me find a battery for my laptop. After receiving the first it would not charge and I followed their video instructions which was very helpful. I called and before they sent me the second battery their customer service department had me troubleshoot a possible problem with my laptop by removing my old battery and use only my ac adapter. I purchased 2 batteries for my laptop , the first one wouldnt charge so returned it for a replacement they were quick with the shipping and i received a second battery quickly. It also wouldnt charge up. So i just requested a refund. Batteries appear to be made in china , as they have chinese writing on them. Probably not the best quality, but probably why the cheaper cost.
