I've been a loyal customer with this place ever since they opened. But I have to say Ann Karen always try to sell you packages and try to rip you off. They had a $2000 promotion for 20 sessions (each session is 2 hours) promo not too long ago. It was a very good deal but alot of $$$. I didn't want to spend 2g at all but they did a good job at convincing ppl so i bought it. After a month, I used my first session with one of the message therapist. I really like this place, I was here last month the day before thanksgiving,i have a very dry skin when I walked into the Spa, than the front desk lady was highly recommended for me to have their Oxygen Facial, after the facials I really feel my face were much softer & moisture, beside the facial they have the amazing all mineral Salt Sauna room, but be prepared you need to drink lots of water, this room was really hot and good for your body detox too ! any way I was spent almost 4 hours insi... This place is clean & big, as big as like a vacation rescort/hotel,once you step into the quiet room you felt so relax already! I have my facial done last month at Ann Karen Spa, I love their oxygen facial, so refreshing after this visited I became a member of Ann Karen for a better discount! if you want to released your stress after a busy day, this is the place which I will highly recommended to!
