I believe that Auto Knight is fraudulently denying my Tire & Wheel claim because of the number of times I have had to use it. I want to be reimbursed for my $500 tire. That's why I bought this Auto Knight Tire & Wheel Contract when I bought my car, because these tires are $500 each, and if I get a nail in it, it is irreparable. As you can imagine, that can add up. Agree with the prior post that this company is a nightmare. Do not waste your money signing up with them. I too had the BMW with the run flat tires. From prior experience, I knew that potholes would cause problems with these horrible tires but I liked the look of them and figured with the tire insurance, I was covered. The problem with Auto Knight is they are happy to take your money to be covered, but if you file legitimate claims they will cancel your coverage. Anyone with similar experienc... Read More »

What a Knightmare, this company. My wife and two daughters are travelling to Manhattan, icy day, many potholes. They hit a huge one on the entrance to the throgs neck bridge, and gratefully because of the New BMW X5 controls, run flat tires, etc., they make it to the BMW dealership. The dealership does the work, takes pictures of the tires, measures the wear, etc (the car is new, less than 10 K on the tires).
