Terrible Organization that is only interested in lining their own pockets. They charge our community thousands of dollars and do nothing. Our community has been with HOA Organizers for about 2.5 years after over a decade with another management company. I instigated the change after I became aware of the lack of oversight on the part of the other company resulting in over $20k of debt to the DWP. Prior to HOA Organizers taking over as the management company for our condominium complex, I had had an ongoing accounting problem with the previous management company. This problem had gone on for months and months, and was not in any way caused by me nor was it my fault. It was due to an accounting error caused by the previous management company. HOA Organizers is a superb property management company who treats its clients with respect and utmost professionalism. We own a rental townhouse managed by them via the HOA and they have done an outstanding job of managing this complex while responding to all owners' and tenants' needs with care. Christine raises the bar when it comes to professionalism, efficiency and effectiveness. She does an excellent job of promptly dealing with problems WHENEVER they arise, she finds the best vendors and subcontractors to handle our needs and negotiates the fees to get competitive bids. Our Association has been managed by HOA organizers for over 4 years now and we are extremely happy with our property manager Alyson Clark. She has always been there to address any of our concerns and issues. She gets back to us in a very timely manner. After dealing with a shady (won't drop names cuz I'm a gentleman) management company, my homeowners association was referred to HOA Organizers. Our HOA needed a manager that is responsive to emails and phone calls, organized and knowledgeable. That's exactly what we got! Early indications and my interactions with HOA have been extremely positive - especially the personal dedication and commitment shown by Isabel. I am on the HOA Board of a 50 unit condominium in Sherman Oaks. We switched from another property management company to HOA Organizers over a year ago, and the improvement in service we have received since then has been dramatic. This company sends you, "happy", news letters politely announcing you should not approach board members,who live on the condo premises, but residents should feel free to contact them, HOA Organizers. Ever try to do that, contact HOA Organizers? The first time you call a rude receptionist answers the phone then puts you on hold for five minutes, or it seemed like five minutes. I had water backing up in my kitchen sink on Christmas Day. I was in a panic and contacted a neighbor to offer suggestions because the water had reached the top of my sink.
