We bought a TV Stand from this (order number 8904531) on July 7th and they have not delivered it yet. I had placed an order on a Wed and was ecstatic as I found the sectional I wanted at the best price. So I waited because the web site states you will receive an email within 24 hrs of placing your order with the delivery date and time. 24 hrs later I did not receive an email and had to email them back stating that I needed to when my sofa would be delivered as they do NOT give you the option of selecting your own date and time. WORST experience EVER!!! Called and placed an order with them and they promised that they will deliver the items on a certain date. They called the same day of delivery and said that it would be additional 2 weeks to deliver these items???ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! I just ordered from them. I was sceptical also, but they allow you to pay when you receive the order, so I gave it a try. They are totally awsome!!!!! I actually received my order faster than I thought I would. The sofa and table I order were exactly what they looked like in the pictures. I am completely and totally satisfied with the two very kind and helpful gentlemen that delivered my furniture! Moved into a new home and needed some furniture fairly fast. Found E budget furniture on line, I ordered a new bed frame, Mattress and box springs, futon couch, Mirror. Description of Complaint: I placed an order on the 2nd of March on their website. The website neglected to mention that they were out of stock. Today is April the 15th and I have been told on numerous occasions that I will have my order by specific dates but I still have not received my order. I recently received my high head board black leather bedroom set this week. I absolutely love it. I thought the head board would be a little higher but its ok because it is soooo pretty. I ordered on a Thursday and the gentleman who helped me set me up for a Tuesday delivery. That did not work with my schedule and he quickly changed it to Monday. I Bought the Chesapeake 5pc Dinning set and it just came the delivery men were just outstandingly friendly the box to the table had gotten wet due to the rain , they spent the time to remove the dinning set out of the box to make sure nothing had gotten wet inside and that the set had no damages, the one man had explained well removing the items from the box what each part was they handled the set with care and even took the box it came in with them so I wouldn't have to worry about throwing...
