Mike and the Bluewater Construction firm are professional, responsible, and extremely customer service oriented. In a "boom and bust" market area where it's difficult to find a trustworthy construction firm with a dependable track record, it is nice to know that I can confidently refer Bluewater to my luxury real estate clients. I was referred to Mike Porter the owner of Blue Water through mutual business associates. I needed a partially constructed pool filled in at a new home I had purchased and discovered that there were too many problems with the prior construction and it didn't pay to try and save it. The problem was the surrounding deck was also laid down in a faulty manner. So the job grew by the minute. Mike and Lane from Bluewater were hired by us to do our renovations. It involved removing a structural wall and putting in a 6000 lb. beam. The job was done efficiently and professionally. Everything was completed on schedule and was remarkably clean. The work was so good that you can not even tell a wall was ever there. Mike was also very knowledgeable with ideas and creative solutions to obstacles that we encountered. They fully have my recommendation. Read More »

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES FOR SMALL AND LARGER PROJECTS, FOR INTANCE THEY BUILT ME A 15' X 24' GAZEBO WITH A TRELAS ROOF, A FULL BAR WITH POWER AND PLUMBING. ITS MY ULTIMATE ENTERTAINING SPOT FOR ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY. AND SOME BEUTIFUL LANDSCAPEING AROUND. THEY ALSO REMODELED MY BATHROOM WHICH ALSO IS AMAZING. CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS COMPANY.
