At first I was weary of switching from my bank because I have been with them for so long; however, these guys promised me that they would handle my online business with no problems. I must say, they delivered as promised; everything has been just fine! Good service is hard to find; real straight shooters at this company; I'm impressed! Br Merchant Service has helped me out tremendously. Not only are they very courteous and friendly; they are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I have spoken with them a number of times for advice; they actually take the time to explain to me answers that other processors either did not know or didn't care to take the time with.
